Start strong with the fundamentals of Pilates- Perfect for beginners, those coming back from a break or injury and anyone wanting to refine their technique. 

We will take time to set you up for success, explain key positions, explore breath and core basics, and help you to feel comfortable with how your body moves. 

Highly recommended for all new clients or those returning from time away from Pilates.
